Career Coaching
Coaching includes topics such as identifying career pathways or transitions, job search and networking strategies as well as helping you to navigate challenges in a current role. Coaching can help you build confidence in your abilities and learn to advocate for your worth, or find a path that aligns with your values, interests, and desired lifestyle for long-term fulfillment.

Philosophy
I believe that finding fulfilling work is about far more than just landing a job – it’s a journey of self-discovery and personal growth. With a holistic approach, I guide clients through a process of reflection, self-inquiry, and creative exploration to uncover their values, strengths, and sense of life purpose.
Careers do not exist in a vacuum. My coaching philosophy takes into account the whole person – their background, interests, aspirations, and lifestyle needs. Through guided exercises, I help people craft a compelling personal narrative that articulates their unique gifts and the impact they wish to create in the world. With clarity, we can then identify paths that are an authentic expression of who they are.
Ultimately, my mission is to help people find not just the right job, but the right life direction that allows them to feel fully engaged, challenged, and alive with purpose each day.
