Career Coaching
Coaching includes topics such as identifying career pathways or transitions, job search and networking strategies as well as helping you to navigate challenges in a current role. Coaching can help you build confidence in your abilities and learn to advocate for your worth, or find a path that aligns with your values, interests, and desired lifestyle for long-term fulfillment.

Every training is thoughtfully designed to meet your audience where they are, blending evidence-based frameworks with a coaching approach that supports both individual and team development. Through conversation and discussion, I help clients craft a compelling personal narrative that articulates their unique gifts and the impact they wish to create in the world. With clarity, we can then identify paths that are an authentic expression of who they are.
